Processing Factory
Hai Phong, Vietnam

After extraction, marble blocks are transported to our processing facility in Hai Phong — a strategic port city in Vietnam that enables efficient global export. Our factory uses cutting-edge diamond saw machinery to precision-cut each block into slabs of exact thickness and dimension.

Every slab then undergoes our diamond pad polishing process — a multi-stage finishing technique that produces the flawless, high-gloss mirror surface Astar Marbles is known for. Our skilled team inspects each slab for colour uniformity, finish quality and structural soundness before packaging for export.
